A PreK Yoga program to have fun with their Grown Ups! Ms. Kate will be your Yoga Guide at the Township Library of Lower Southampton. This class is geared towards children from birth - age 5. Your kiddo and you will learn yoga with an expert guide. Yoga Mats will be provided. Please wear comfy clothes for this program as the class does involve physical activity. One registration is required for each child for EACH DAY. Waiting list available. Please cancel your registration if you cannot so people on the waiting list can attend!

Join the growing trend making yoga accessible for all. Take a moment to be present in your day by learning to center yourself with breathing. Then do some gentle stretching - all supported by sitting on a chair and holding onto a chair from the comfort of your own home. 

You must complete a liability waiver once per calendar year to participate in the chair yoga class. You can do this online (with a typed e-signature) or in-person (with a written signature) at the library before you can attend class. The online waiver form can be found at:

Registration required to receive the link to this online program. This is a series registration that cover the winter and spring sessions. You only need to register once and you don't need to cancel if you can't make any particular class during the sessions. There is so much space in the online class, that we will never fill all of the spaces and canceling will cancel you for the whole series, so please don't worry about that if you are registered for the online class.

Registrations

• Registration will open for two months at a time for each session. 

• You can register for any or all dates that suit your schedule. 

• You must register for dates individually. You cannot sign up once for the whole series. 

• Registration will open on the last Monday of each month before the next session. However, to get used to the new system, we are opening early fall registration sooner. 

  • Registration for Early Fall (September and October) will open on Monday, August 24 at 10am

  • Registration for Late Fall (November and December) will open on Monday, October 26 at 10am

  • Registration for Winter (January and February) will open on Monday, December 28, 2027 at 10am

Cancellations & No-Shows 

• If you wish to cancel your registration for any particular class, please do so 24 hours prior to the class to give library staff time to notify people on the waitlist about the opening. 

• If you do not attend the class and if you did not cancel with 24 hours' notice, that is considered a no-show.

• If you have two no-shows in a session, your registration for the rest of the session will be canceled, and library staff will offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. You are welcome to register for the next session when it opens. 

The Day of Class 

• All participants will sign in with a volunteer when they come to class. Patrons who are not registered cannot participate in the class.

• The sign-in sheet will serve as your waiver. Everyone will be provided a paper explaining the waiver.

• The room will open for you to go in and choose a seat 15 minutes prior to the class start time.
