For kids ages 9-12: Learn how to code from a tech-savvy teen!  After two classes with Miss Ananya, even beginners will know how to write their own short story using code.  No parents, and no experience needed.  Kids need to bring a laptop for this class.  The instructor is also asking a $5 donation for each class you attend.  The donation will be used to purchase materials for the library.  

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.  Classes will be offered on the following days.  Please sign up for two classes in a session if you want to learn all the material!

Session 1: 9/26 and 10/10.

Session 2: 10/24 and 11/7,

Session 3: 11/14 and 11/28,

Session 4: 12/12 and 12/19.

Join us on Monday mornings for a Tai Chi class with instructor Matt Chrobocinski. No experience necessary for this moving meditative practice, which incorporates slow, low-impact standing exercises with the breath. However, commitment to the series is important as each class builds on the other. You need to begin attending by the first or second class to participate in the series and not fall behind. 

This registration is for the fall series, which runs for 8 weeks on the following dates:

• September 28
• October 5
• October 12 
• October 19
• October 26
• November 2
• November 9

The class is restricted to a set number of participants per series due to space limitations; however, you can sign up to attend online if registration is full for the in-person class. 

Donations to supplement the library programming budget are appreciated. However, as always, these donations are not mandatory. The class is still meant to be accessible to ALL even those who cannot afford to donate. If you are able and willing to donate any amount, we would appreciate it. Donations can be in the form of cash or check and mailed or dropped off at:
