We are very proud to announce a new resource available for patrons who live in our service area!  LOTE4Kids is a collection of digital audio-picture books for children, in languages other than English, and narrated by real professional native speakers–not by AI! This is perfect for families learning a second language, bilingual families, or for patrons learning English.

Readers follow along with the words on the screen, while the narration plays, helping with literacy and language acquisition.  There are several languages available, including Russian, Ukrainian, French, Spanish, and so many more!  There’s even sign language in more than one language.

You can find LOTE4Kids with all our other digital collections, on the Online Resources menu, under eBooks, Audios, & Streaming.  Click on the link which will take you the the LOTE4Kids website.  Once there, search for Township Library of Lower Southampton, and log in using your library card number.

LOTE4Kids also has an app, easily allowing use on a smartphone or tablet!  Download the app, search for our library, and enter your library card number to access the collection.
