The library happily accepts donations of new or gently used books, children’s books, DVDs, CDs, and audiobooks.

We add them to our collection when we can or place them in our in-house book sale. We also try to donate whatever is leftover to other charitable organization. Please note: We cannot accept donations of encyclopedias, textbooks or magazines older than six months.

To donate: Bring your donation to our circulation desk – one bag at a time, please. Please do not leave them outside the building where they can get wet or scattered. At times we are backlogged and will post we cannot accept more donations so hold on to them until we are able to process your donation.

If you like, a receipt for tax deduction purposes is available upon request at the Circulation Desk in the front of the building.
