Description: |
Join us on Monday mornings in July for a Tai Chi class with new instructor, Matt Chrobocinski. No experience necessary for this moving meditative practice, which incorporates slow, low-impact standing exercises with the breath. Donations to supplement the library programming budget are appreciated. However, as always, these donations are not mandatory. The class is still meant to be accessible to ALL even those who cannot afford to donate. If you are able and willing to donate any amount when you come, it would be a great help. Questions?
