Title: Tai Chi (In-Person)

Description:

Join us on Monday mornings this winter for a Tai Chi class with new instructor, Matt Chrobocinski. No experience necessary for this moving meditative practice, which incorporates slow, low-impact standing exercises with the breath. 

Donations to supplement the library programming budget are appreciated. However, as always, these donations are not mandatory. The class is still meant to be accessible to ALL even those who cannot afford to donate. If you are able and willing to donate any amount when you come, it would be a great help.

The spring session will run for 7 classes: 

  • April 7, 14, 21, 28 
  • May 5, 12, 19

PLEASE NOTE: This registration is for the ONLINE version of this class. If you want to register for in-person, select "Tai Chi (In-Person)" on the calendar date you want to register for.
