Join in our two-day Mini Golf Fundraiser!
This is not your typical golf fundraiser! We are inviting the community to explore the library in a completely new way as they play an entire 18-hole mini golf course throughout the aisles of our library. Support your library while also getting your name out to the community. All funds raised will benefit library patrons, including renovation of the children’s area in honor of long-time library board member, Joan Bowman. Help the library meet the changing needs of local families, and add a special space for teens. Tickets to attend will be sold at the library starting Wednesday, October 11, 2023.
How can you participate?
Sponsorship is welcome at various levels! Sponsors’ names will be included in all promotional materials, shared on all our social channels and in our weekly newsletters, and posted in the library for weeks before and after the event. Hole sponsors can creatively decorate their hole to help event visitors remember your business. This is a great way to get publicity and show your support for your local library.
We also welcome donations of items from your business, gift certificates, or certificates for services for our silent auction and raffle baskets. Get your name out there and reach potential new customers!
Hole sponsors can bring items to enhance the fun with memorable obstacles for players–things that will help our visitors remember the name of your business or what you do. The best sponsor-decorated hole will win a prize! If you’d prefer, you can supply us with some items, and our volunteers will use them to decorate your hole. If low-key minimalism is more your style, rest-assured that your logo and business name will be on the hole signage. Hole sponsors are also welcome to share promotional materials for their business at their hole.
Sponsorship levels:
Primary Sponsorship: $1,000 (3 available) Your organization’s name and logo will be prominently displayed on all promotional materials, effective immediately, including materials used to seek out other sponsors and donors. You will receive 4 tickets to the Friday Fairway Par-Tee, and you will be offered space in the library during the event where you can share information about your organization.
Hole Sponsorship: $300. (up to 18 holes available, in entirety or split in half in the following categories) Your name will be included on promotional materials for the event, your logo will be on the scorecard, and both may be posted on signage at the hole. As a hole sponsor, you have the option of decorating your golf hole in a way to share information about your organization, and you may provide promotional materials at the hole for visitors to take home. You will receive 2 tickets to the Friday Fairway Par-Tee.
Tee Sponsor: $150 (half a hole). Decorated tee area with sign and promotional materials space, logo on scorecard.
Cup/green sponsor: $150 (half a hole). Decorated cup/green area with sign and promotional materials space, logo on scorecard.
Golf Club Sponsor: $100 (1 available). Your organization’s name and logo will be featured on the container storing the golf clubs. This will be seen at the start and finish of the course.
Golf Ball Sponsor: $100 (1 available). Your organization’s name and logo will be featured on the container storing the golf balls. This will be seen at the start and finish of the course.
